Our breakfast is served daily, between 08:00 and 10:30 am, in an exceptional picnic basket, either at your suite or on the marvellous Roof Garden. Full of fresh, Greek products, this basket offers you the real taste of a Greek breakfast and gives you all the energy you will need to explore the city. It is the perfect way to begin your day, especially if combined with the breathtaking view of the Acropolis from our Rooftop.
Carefully selected products and flavours will accompany your stay throughout the day; wine from small Greek winemakers, beers from local microbreweries, refreshing juices and cocktails along with fresh, homemade, sourdough pizzas, in spring and summer. Plus, pop-up gastronomic events are organised regularly on the lush Roof Garden of The Foundry and you can find out about them through the hotel’s social media.
