CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME
Check in: from 3:00 pm. Check out: 11:00 am. On the last day of your stay, you are kindly requested to vacate your room by 11:00 am. Provided the room is available, staying beyond check-out time and until 6:00 pm is charged at 50% of the daily room rate. Staying after 6:00 pm is charged at the full daily room rate.

Payment
Payment for the accommodation and use of services is due upon the guests’ arrival. Payment can be made in cash, only in euros, by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Diners) or by bank transfer to an account we will specify upon departure. In case the stay at our premises is cut short, guests are required to pay compensation equal to 100% of all remaining days’ rate, which corresponds to the agreed rate per night. This also applies in the case when guests arrive later than the agreed arrival date, except for instances of force majeure, which have to be proven with undisputed facts or evidence.

Key card
Guests are given their key card upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to keep their rooms locked at all times. Guests are required to hand over their key card to the receptionist upon departure.

Infants & Children
For safety reasons, children between the ages of 0 and 10 years old are not allowed to stay. Children between the ages of 10 and 18 years old are allowed to stay at an additional cost of €30 per night.

Housekeeping
Every suite is cleaned daily, from 10:00 to 16:00. Linens are changed every other day. If you wish to keep your privacy, kindly hang the Do Not Disturb door hanger on the external door knob of your suite. Please talk with the reception about when you wish to have your room cleaned.

Visitors
Your visitors are welcome in the reception area and the Roof Garden. Visitors are not allowed in the suites, which are reserved for registered guests only. Visitors are not allowed to access public corridors, staff rooms and any other areas beyond the hotel’s reception area and the Roof Garden.

Smoking
For the safety and hygiene of our guests, smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel, except for the balconies and the private gardens of the suites, if applicable, as well as the Roof Garden. In case of non-compliance, guests must pay a fee of €150 per suite to cover the professional cleaning costs.

Additional services
The Roof Garden is open from 7:30 am to midnight for our guests. Enjoy your breakfast or get one of our carefully selected Greek soft drinks, beers and wines from the reception, and enjoy the view of the Acropolis and the entire Athens.

Wi-Fi
Internet access is free in all hotel areas.

Transfer from/to The Foundry.
Airport/Port transfer is available 24/7 at an additional charge.

Parking
Parking is available upon agreement at a charge of €13-16 per day, depending on the car size.

Obligations
The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to the guests’ personal belongings during their stay. We recommend you use the in-room safe deposit boxes for the safekeeping of money and valuables. Furthermore, the hotel is not liable if the damage or loss is due to force majeure (earthquake, fire etc.). Guests are liable for any damages caused to their suites (furniture, utensils, equipment, etc.) by them or their visitors during their stay, due to oversight, premeditation or negligence, and they are obliged to pay the costs to repair or restore said damages.
