Our Policy

In order to be able to provide security and comfort to all our guests, we thank you in advance for accepting the below mentioned regulations.

Check-in: 3 p.m. Check out: 11 a.m. On the last day of your stay you are kindly asked to vacate your room at 11 a.m. In case the room is available, staying beyond the check-out time and until 6 p.m. requires the guest to proceed in payment of 50% of the daily room rate. Staying after 6 p.m. requires the guest to proceed in paying the full daily room rate.

The payment for the accommodation is due prior to the guest’s arrival, depending on the chosen type of reservation. When guests are planning their departure between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., the payment for extra incurred products and services is due before 10 p.m. on the day previous to the departure date. Payment can be made by cash only in Euros, by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Diners) and by bank transfer to an account that we will specify upon departure.
When the non refundable rate is chosen , the payment will be made simultaneously with the booking itself. If the flexible rate is preferred, then at the booking moment a  credit card preauthorisation transaction will be performed equivalent to the first Night, followed by the payment completion 7 days before the guest’s arrival.
In the case of earlier departure or shortening the duration of stay, the guest is required to pay compensation equal to 100% of all remaining days’ rent, which corresponds to the agreed rate per night. The above also applies in the case of the guest arriving later than the agreed arrival date, except in instances of force majeure, that are proven by undisputed facts or evidence.

Key card
Guests are given their key card upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to keep their rooms locked at all times. Guests are required to handover their key card to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key card, they are obligated to pay a penalty fee of 5 Euros.

Every room is cleaned daily from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Linens are changed every other day. In case you wish to maintain your privacy, kindly hang the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the external door knob of your room. Please liaise with the reception about when you wish your room to be cleaned.

Infants and Children
For safety reasons, children between the ages of 0 and 10 years are not admitted. Children between ages of 10 to 18 years are admitted with a surcharge of 25.5€ per night.
Children staying in the property have to be under constant care and supervision of adults. Damages or losses to the property caused by children, are the responsibility of their legal guardians.

Your visitors are welcome at the property’s reception area and at the property’s Roof Garden. Visitors are prohibited from entering the suites which are only reserved for registered guests only. Visitors are not allowed to access public corridors, staff spaces, and any other areas beyond the property’s reception area and Roof Garden. No visitor is allowed to be in any part of the property after 12 a.m.

For the safety and hygiene of our guests, smoking is forbidden in all areas of the property except on the Roof Garden, the room balconies and private gardens, where they exist. In case of non-compliance, the guest must pay a fine of 150 Euros per suite to cover the cleaning costs.

Additional services
The Roof Garden is open from 7.30 a.m. until 12 a.m. for our property guests. Enjoy your breakfast there, or choose one of the selected Greek beverages from the property reception, such as soft drinks, beers and wines, and enjoy the views of the Acropolis and the whole of Athens.

During your stay, you have the option to choose a pillow type out of 4 choices offered by our pillow menu. For more information please contact the reception desk.

Internet access is offered free of charge to all the areas of the property.

Airport- Port transfers are available 24 hours with an additional cost.

No parking available at the hotel’s premises. Parking options are available in the area at a surcharge in between 13-15 € per day depending on the car size.


The property holds no responsibility for any loss or damage of guests’ personal belongings during their stay. We recommend use of the in-room safe deposit boxes for the safekeeping of money and valuables. Furthermore the property is relinquished of all responsibility if the loss of damage is due to force majeure (earthquake, fire etc).

In case of loss of your personal belongings.
In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform the reception desk. We suggest you double check the safe deposit box in your room upon departing from the property.

Guests are responsible for damages caused to their suites during their stay (furniture, utensils, equipment etc.), In case of complacency or negligence of the guest or his / her visitors, the guest is obliged to pay reparations equal to the repair cost in order to remedy the damage caused.

It is forbidden to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals into the property. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, harmful and hazardous substances, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on the property premises.

Please refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended. Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the property.

Photographs and Video’s
Using photographs and video’s taken in the property for commercial purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.

We reserve the right to break the contract and stop providing services to guests if they are in violation of the above stated regulations if they disturb other guests with their behaviour.

Commencement of stay in the property is equivalent to acceptance of these rules and regulations.

  • All foods and beverages are allowed in the suites of our property. We reserve the exclusive right of selling alcoholic beverages and food in the common areas of the property.
  • We kindly ask our guests to to be quiet after 12 a.m. No visitor is allowed to remain at the Roof Garden after 12 a.m.
  • For additional services and events that will be taking place in our property, you will be notified by our property’s reception, our social media and website.
  • Commencement of stay in the property is equivalent to acceptance of these rules and regulations.
