- Online, contactless check-in.
- Electronic payment of accommodation costs and digital dispatch of bills, invoices & receipts.
- Disinfection of all key cards.
- Extending the duration of check-in and check-out times between occupancies (check-out until 11am and check-in from 3pm) so as to ensure that before each new guest arrival, the room will be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly as well as being ventilated sufficiently.
- Our staff has been trained on all fundamental protocols to avoid and treat Coronavirus incidents, all of which are being diligently implemented during shifts.
- Our cleaning staff is equipped with all the items required for personal safety such as gloves, masks, single-use robes and antiseptics.
- Thorough cleaning and disinfection of Suites via steam cleaning equipment on all high-touch surfaces, in between guest occupancies.
- Provision of antiseptic dispensers in every room.
- Removal of all multiple-use items from within rooms, such as menus, magazines and informational booklets.
- Mini bar items have also been removed from the rooms and are available to our guests upon request.
- Our breakfast basket, filled with carefully chosen, fresh Greek ingredients and products, will be delivered to your door or at our verdant rooftop garden.
